• The objective of this quiz is only to assess the participants’ awareness of Mutual Funds and not to solicit investment in any mutual fund units on the basis of their participation in the quiz.
• The participant needs to answer the contest question to be eligible for the contest.
• The quiz will remain open from 24th April 2026 and the last date to participate in the quiz is 3rd May 2026 .
• Eligibility: The Quiz is open only to the participants who are Indian citizens (Individuals) and aged 18 years and above on 24th April 2026. Employees of the Company as well as their immediate family members shall not be eligible to win any prizes in the quiz.
• There will be 8 winners of the quiz who will be selected by the Company, in the form of a lucky draw, from all the participants who have correctly answered the question of the quiz. The decision of the Company in this regard will be final.
• All winners will receive an Amazon India voucher worth INR 250. Vouchers are handled by third party and the Company doesn’t hold any responsibility for the same. The Company shall not be, in anyway, responsible if a voucher is lost, stolen or misused.
• The complimentary Amazon voucher will be sent to the winners within 45 days of announcement of winners. All winners are subject to verification, including without limitation, verification of eligibility through checks as deemed appropriate. The winners may be asked to provide any documentary or other form of evidence / ID / address proof, and if evidence does not establish the same, the Company will have the right to disqualify the winner.
• Subject to verification, the winner(s) will be notified by email / mobile number shared by the participant at the time of submitting the entry. The winner(s) shall respond within 48 hours of receipt of such notification to claim the voucher. If any winner is not able for whatever reason to accept the voucher, the Company reserves the right to award the prize to another winner.
• Only one entry per person is allowed, and multiple entries from the same person will not be allowed.
• The Amazon voucher is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
• The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of the quiz, including suspension /termination of the quiz without notice.
• Participation constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these official rules, which shall be final in all respects.
• Neither Mahindra Manulife Mutual Fund, the AMC, nor Mahindra Manulife Trustee Private Limited, its directors, or associates shall be liable for any damages that may arise from participating in this quiz. All the terms of the quiz shall be governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising out of this quiz shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mumbai.
